Bitlocker code wont show up in microsoft account

Good afternoon,

I recently restarted my computer and it's prompted me for a bitlocker code, I logged into my microsoft account and went to devices but after a while loading i simply got an error and this TraceID: UkchMUQvMEWXKiqj.24.111. I need the code to unlock my computer however.

This is a temporary server-side issue. I am seeing quite a few other users from different locales reporting the same issue during the last hour or so. This has happened in the past more than once, and it was always on server side and was temporary. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon.
