Stuck in a Sign in loop. Can’t access my laptop. Microsoft account won’t set up PIN.

I have been asking this question for days now. I have tried all suggestions given - thanks so much for the help! - but I cannot access my laptop.

Can I please get access to a designated chat? Or a phone number so someone can assist?

    I understand how frustrating it can be when you are stuck in a Windows 11 sign-in loop and your Microsoft account is not allowing you to set up a PIN, preventing access to your laptop. 

    Before proceeding, could you please confirm:   

    • Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account? 
    • Do you see any specific error message when you select "Set up my PIN" or "I forgot my PIN"?
