I have two licenses for Office 2021. One is on another macBook Air and one was on a MBP that I replaced with a new M5 MBP. I installed Office with "Microsoft_Office_16.67.22111300_BusinessPro_Installer.pkg" and when I try to activate it I get an Error code 0x0.

How can I activate this copy on my new MBP?

Thanks,

Is there any reason you are using the 16.67 version because Tahoe can run the latest version?

I would suggest that you uninstall it and get the installer file directly from your account's order history/service page.

If it still doesn't work, download the updater and run it. https://support.microsoft.com/office/office-for-mac/troubleshoot-microsoft-autoupdate-in-microsoft-365-and-office-for-mac?apid=ets
