My Windows 365 Word is no longer supported

I have paid monthly for my Windows 365 subscription for years. I'm still paying, but Word is no longer supported. As a home user I did not use it much. Now I can't use it for my volunteer work!

Please help!

    Could you please clarify what happens when you try to open Word?

    Do you receive any specific error message? And are you using Word on a Windows PC, Mac or mobile device?

    If there is an error message, can you take a screenshot of it for me?

    This could help me better understand the issue you are facing.
