Bit locker recovery

I never activated bitlocker. Today I got a blue start up screen asking for my bitlocker recovery key. When I sign into my Microsoft account to recover the key it never populates. It says it ran into a problem and to try again later. If it continues which it has, contact us with the following: WMjOGIbdJkG174/B.25.104

This is a temporary server-side issue. It doesn't mean the key is not saved - that we won't know for sure until the page loads. I am seeing quite a few other users from different locales reporting the same issue during the last hour or so. This has happened in the past more than once, and it was always on server side and was temporary. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon.
