I understand how frustrating it must be to see that your ad-free subscription has expired even though you purchased a full-year subscription on January 1, 2026.

I’ve seen several similar reports today. It should typically resolve in a day or two without any action. You may want to check the game again later to see whether the ads are still appearing.
