Does anyone know how to fix the fonts size in teams?

Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. 

I understand that you would like to adjust the font size in Microsoft Teams. 

If the entire Teams interface, including chats, menus, and channels, appears too small or too large, you can adjust the Teams zoom level by using the following shortcuts: 

For Windows: 

• Press Ctrl + = to zoom in 
• Press Ctrl + - to zoom out 
• Press Ctrl + 0 to reset the zoom level to default 

For Mac: 

• Press Command + = to zoom in 
• Press Command + - to zoom out 
• Press Command + 0 to reset the zoom level to default 

Alternatively, you can click the three dots (...) near your profile picture in Teams, select Zoom, and adjust the display size from there. 

If you would like to change the font size only for a message you are typing, please follow these steps: 

1. Open a chat or channel conversation in Teams. 
2. Click the Format icon below the message box. 
3. Select Font size. 
4. Choose Small, Medium, or Large as needed. 
5. 
6. Send your message. 

Please note that changing the zoom level affects the overall Teams display, while changing the font size from the Format toolbar only affects the message you are composing.
