AudioSrv service permissions may be incorrect. Ref: Fix Windows Audio Service Error 0x80070005 (AudioSrv)

Please open Command Prompt admin and run this command:

    reg save "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\MMDevices" C:\MMDevices.dat

Upload the file C:\MMDevices.dat to GoFile.io or OneDrive and post the link here.

    Hi,

There might be an issue with Windows starting the audio.

Do you have administrator access on your Windows account?

Try going to Start Menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Audio > Run.

    Thanks.
