Do you mean no new emails are arriving, or is the entire mailbox empty?

Are you using Outlook Web, New Outlook, Classic Outlook, or the mobile app?

Is this a personal Outlook/Hotmail account or a work/school account?

Can you sign in to Outlook Web at https://outlook.live.com/mail and see your emails there?

Also, what happens when you send a test email to yourself? Do you receive any error message?

I have no emails loading onto my Pc, but email works fine on my iPhone. No old or new emails

Are you using New Outlook, Classic Outlook, or Outlook Web?

Do your emails appear at https://outlook.live.com/mail?

Do you see any error message or connection status in Outlook on the PC?

I have no emails old or new loading in my outlook on my pc. Works fine on my iPhone, though. What do I need to do to restore it?
