can't find the devices linked to my 365 account

my wife is using a dell laptop - her pc is linked to my 365 family account. she suddenly has a bitlocker error screen - i tried to find the bitlocker key by looking for "my devices" but i get a screen that does not update (see attached screenshot)Screenshot 2026-07-27 at 11.13.05 AM.png

This is a temporary server-side issue. It doesn't mean the key is not saved - that we won't know for sure until the page loads. I am seeing quite a few other users from different locales reporting the same issue during the last hour or so. This has happened in the past more than once, and it was always on server side and was temporary. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon.
