Hello, I am having an issue with my Microsoft Solitaire games not recognizing my paid subscription. I keep receiving a pop‑up saying that I am not signed in, even though I am fully signed in with my Microsoft account.

My subscription shows as active and up to date on my Microsoft Services & Subscriptions page, but the Solitaire game still displays ads and asks me to subscribe again.

Could you please help me resolve this so the game recognizes my paid subscription correctly? Thank you.

    Hi Mike Powers,

I understand how frustrating it is to see ads and a prompt to subscribe again when your subscription is still showing as active and up to date.

I’ve seen several similar reports today. It should typically resolve in a day or two without any action. You may want to check the game again later to see whether the ads are still appearing.

If the behavior continues, please submit a request through the Microsoft Casual Games Support portal, where the dedicated support team can look into it further. For your reference https://learn.microsoft.com/en-ca/answers/questions/5667148/my-microsoft-solitaire-is-no-longer-ad-free-even-t

Thank you so much for your understanding.
