Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello!
If the steps I previously provided still doesn't solve the problem and you've already confirmed that your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is Active, you're signed in with the correct Microsoft account, refreshed your license, and updated Office, please try the following additional steps:
- Repair your Microsoft 365 installation
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Select Microsoft 365 and choose Change.
- Run a Quick Repair first. If the issue persists, perform an Online Repair.
- Clear cached Office credentials
- Close all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Open Credential Manager from the Control Panel.
- Select Windows Credentials and remove any entries related to MicrosoftOffice, Office, or OneDrive.
- Restart your PC and sign back in to your Microsoft 365 apps.
- Check for conflicting Office installations
- If you have an older version of Office (such as Office 2016, 2019, or 2021) installed alongside Microsoft 365, it can sometimes cause activation conflicts. If applicable, uninstall the version you no longer use and then restart your computer.
Please don't hesitate to post back in the community if the issue persists. If possible, include a screenshot of the error, as it will help me and other community members better understand what's happening and provide more targeted suggestions.
