You cannot find Word because signing up for the trial online does not automatically download the apps to your computer. You must download and install them from your account page.
- Go to Microsoft 365 and sign in with the account you used for your trial.
- Click the Install apps button in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Open the downloaded setup file to put the apps on your PC.
- Click the Start button on your Windows screen, type Word, and select the app to open it.
