Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Paramithoupoli,
I understand that you have been unable to send either individual or group messages since this morning because Outlook.com reports, “Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam.”
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your account or review its sending status.
First, create a completely new message to one trusted recipient. Use only a short plain-text sentence and remove the signature, links, images, attachments, and copied content. If possible, add that recipient to your Outlook.com contacts before testing. Also avoid repeatedly resending the rejected messages, as Outlook.com applies sending limits that can vary according to account usage history. For reference, see Can’t send or receive email in Outlook.com and Sending limits in Outlook.com.
If even this simple test message is blocked for all recipients, please contact Outlook.com Support so the account-side sending status can be reviewed:
- Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
- Select the Help icon, the question mark, in the upper-right corner.
- In the Help pane that opens, search for "cannot send emails", then press Enter.
- Scroll down the page until you see "Still need help?", click Yes.
- Choose "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
- Review the issue description and confirm an email address you can access.
- Click Confirm to create the service request. The screen will indicate that your request has been submitted and the system is connecting you to Outlook.com live chat support, which may take a moment to load.

I hope the support team can review the sending restriction and help restore outgoing email.
