To transfer Windows 10 to a new drive, you'd need to clone the existing Windows installation to the new drive by using tool such as Macrium Reflect, Clonezilla, AOMEI Backupper, or EaseUS Todo Backup.
During the clone process, select the current Windows drive as the source and the new drive as the destination. Make sure all required partitions are copied, including the EFI System Partition, Microsoft Reserved Partition (on GPT disks), the Windows partition, and the recovery partition. If the new drive is larger, you can expand the Windows partition during cloning or afterward using Disk Management.
After cloning completes, shut down the computer and boot from the new drive. It is best to temporarily disconnect the old drive for the first boot so Windows does not accidentally use the old boot files. If needed, change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings to select the new drive.
