Dear Sir/Madam,

We have started a Microsoft family account with my wife's account. She invited me, I got the invitation e-mail. I also clicked on the get started button, and then join now button in the next page. But I always get this message "Looks like this invitation link is not working

1 more step to go: Please ask organizer to go to Subscriptions tab on account.microsoft.com and click on Start Sharing for you."

In addition, my e-mail (Microsoft account) is visible in her family safety page. Even in family safety page, I can see my account but in Microsoft subscriptions page I cant see it.

Lastly, I cancelled my office personal trial account (expires 6th August) in order to join our family subscription. I am actively using office apps and if I cant join correctly into our family account, I will have trouble. I would like to start using the family account as soon as possible.

Could you please help on the subject above.

I guess I need to wait until my personal subscription trial finishes on 5th Aug , then I can switch to family. Because my wife cancelled my family membership and re-sent invitation. Then when I clicked join, a message appeared as "You have another subscription" which means I need to wait until my trial period finishes and my current subscription cancels. I guess I am right.

Yes, you are right!

You'll need to wait until your current Microsoft 365 Personal subscription has fully expired before you can join a Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

As described, wait a week, and then you should be able to join without any problems after 5th Aug.
