Microsoft 365 Subscription Renewal through Apple

Microsoft 365 Subscription Renewal through Apple is not being recognized by Microsoft. I do auto renewal through Apple and never had a problem until this year.

    I decided to cancel the Apple purchased Microsoft 365 and will purchase directly from Microsoft to avoid the issue.

    First, see if you can update your Office apps. Open Word for example, click on the 'Help' tab >Check for Updates. Make sure you choose Update All when prompted. Let the process run through, can take a bit time. See if that works.

    Otherwise, please uninstall the apps.

    If you signed up via Apple App Store, then download and install from the App Store.

    That alone could possibly address the issue.
