I pay $9.99 monthly. I do not want the above amount deducted from my acount. I seem to not be able to talk to a live person. Every contact online leads to me addressing my concerns online and not talking to a live person. Is the contact above from you or spam? If from you, I do not owe this.

That's a scam. Do NOT call that number! (Which I have edited out to decrease its visibility.)

This is a common trick. I get these every once in a while, where it says that I will be invoice a large amount of money for something, be that Copilot, Norton or whatever. Sometimes there is a phone number. Sometimes there is even an invite to a Teams meeting!

The idea is that you will call, and someone will "help" you, and try to lure as much as information from you as possible, not the least with regards to your bank accounts. You can surely end up losing even more money than that ridiculous amount in the scam.

So just delete this, and delete everything else of the same kind that you get.
