I can't edit excel files after updating to Windows 2024 on mac

Hi,
What version of macOS are you using (for example, Ventura 13, Monterey 12, Sonoma 14, or Sequoia 15)?
Also, which version of Microsoft Office are you using? For example, Microsoft 365 Personal or Family, or a one-time purchase such as Office Home 2024, Office Home & Business 2021, or Office Professional Plus 2021.
Tahoe 26.5.2 macOS, with Office Home 2024 that was just downloaded today.
Please try updating your Mac to the latest version, macOS Tahoe 26.6, by going to Apple menu > System Settings > General > Software Update, then update Microsoft Office by opening any Office app and selecting Help > Check for Updates. Install any available updates, restart your Mac, and check if the issue is resolved.
Also, make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account that has the active Office license associated with your Office apps.
Tahoe 26.5.2 macOS, with Office Home 2024 that was just downloaded today. I can open and see excel files, but cannot edit cells.
