    Hi,

Can you still access the computer?

If so, check whether your computer has created any minidump files located in C:\Windows\Minidump. Copy the files to your desktop, compress them into a ZIP file, upload the ZIP file to OneDrive, and then share the OneDrive link here.

If you cannot access the PC at all, please try accessing the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). From there, explore the available recovery options, such as Startup Repair, System Restore, etc.

Before you begin: Disconnect all unnecessary external devices connected to your PC to avoid any possible interference.

If your PC is on, press and hold the power button for 5–10 seconds to turn it off.

Turn the PC back on normally. When you see the spinning circle (loading screen), press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to force it to shut down.

Repeat this process three times. Windows should then boot into the recovery menu (WinRE).

From the Choose an option screen:

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair, then allow Windows to check for and repair any startup issues.

If Startup Repair doesn't resolve the issue, go back and select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore. Choose a restore point created before the problem started, let the restoration complete, and then check if the issue is resolved.

    • If the issue still persists, you can choose Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Keep my files to reinstall Windows while keeping your personal files.
