my microsoft account got hacked

Someone hacked into my Microsoft account by the user ******@we222edd.33mail.com, he added his own email and removed mine. Since my email isn't related to it anymore, I couldn't log in. All the recovery processes don't work because "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Please enter a different account.". i will provide details upon request. i would like to chat with someone if possible.
