Hello,
If you do not have a 25‑character product key,
this Windows 11 Pro installation is using a Retail digital license, which is functionally the same as a Microsoft Store purchase.
A unique product key is not issued for this license type.
The “3V66T” value shown by the OS is a generic installation key used only to switch between Home and Pro editions.
It cannot be used for activation and is unrelated to your digital license.
Because the BIOS update reset the firmware TPM,the device registration (Hardware ID) associated with your Microsoft account has been invalidated.
As a result:
• The Activation Troubleshooter reports “We can’t find any devices…”
• All Microsoft‑account sign‑in surfaces in Windows fail with 0x8007000E
This indicates a server‑side corruption of the digital‑license device record, which cannot be repaired from the client side.
To restore activation, the digital license must be re‑linked by Microsoft Store Support, which is the only channel that can
handle Retail digital licenses.
(Phone activation cannot process digital licenses,so Store Support is the only valid escalation path.)
