I have MS365 access through my Domain host (GoDaddy), yet I also have been signed up to MS365 Business Standard account directly through Microsoft. I am tryin to cancel the direct billing through Microsoft as My email, website hosting and other functions run through Godaddy. How can I do this?

    Hi Azure Karli

Based on your description, it appears that you may have two separate Microsoft 365 subscriptions:

    • A Microsoft 365 subscription provided through GoDaddy for your domain and email services.
    • A Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription purchased directly from Microsoft.

If the Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription purchased directly from Microsoft is no longer needed, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and review Billing > Your products. From there, you can check the subscription details and, if appropriate, cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing.

Before canceling, please ensure that your email, domain, and Microsoft 365 services are being provided through the GoDaddy-managed subscription. If you are unsure which subscription is currently providing these services, it would be advisable to contact GoDaddy support to confirm this before making any changes, as canceling the wrong subscription could affect access to your services.

If you are unable to identify the subscription or cannot access the Microsoft 365 admin center for the Microsoft-managed subscription, please contact Microsoft Support for assistance with reviewing the billing and subscription details. Contact Us - Microsoft Support

While I truly want to assist you, this issue is beyond the scope of my role as a forum moderator. I do not have access to internal databases or the ability to escalate cases directly to Microsoft’s internal teams. Therefore, please kindly contact the Microsoft Support team for the most efficient help.
