Laptop not authenticated (windows)

Question

I purchased a laptop off of amazon and after using it for a few days the "authenticate windows" keeps popping up and when I try to do some things on the laptop it will not allow it it says until it is authenticated...Why would amazon sell me a laptop like this and how do I fix it?

Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please. This will allow me to review the type of license installed and what might be wrong.
