Web Mail won't open

When I enter valid credentials for my web mail account I see "Unknown error occurred" The same credentials will open webmail account in Chrome.

1. Open the site in an InPrivate window
   • Press Ctrl + Shift + N to open an InPrivate window in Edge.
   • Sign in to your webmail account.
   • If it works, the issue is likely caused by cached data, cookies, or a browser extension.
2. Clear Edge's cache and cookies
   • Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
   • Clear Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
   • Close and reopen Edge, then try signing in again.
3. Disable Extensions
   • Go to edge://extensions.
   • Temporarily disable all extensions, especially ad blockers, security, or privacy extensions, then test your webmail again.
4. Ensure Edge is Up to Date
   • Go to Settings > About Microsoft Edge.
