Your (Dave) last response only reaches error 404 which is why you haven't heard back from me.

I need direct assistance one-to-one because I am going round in circles.

Trying to (re)install MathType directly takes me to MS365 which does not recognise my account even though I have opened my account. Then MS365 does not recognise MathType as an Add-in.

I think I should be given some recmpense for 6 weeks of being unable to use MathType, due to MS mess up somewhere.

There are a couple of widely reported problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment due to the July 13 update

What version of Microsoft Office do you have, is that a subscription to Microsoft 365 or a standalone version of Office like Office 2019, 2021 or 2024.

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

I keep getting 404 when trying to see your answers

I have MacOs Sequoia 15, MS365 private subscription (the source of my problem Is think)

Microsoft keeps not recognising MathType as an add-in and failing to find my account when I am actually logged in.

I would appreciate a direct contact with you or someone to sort this thing out.

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
