My Microsoft authenticator app isn't able to verify my school account.

My school account is connected to Microsoft authenticator and I need that to successfully log in. But since a month or two, the Microsoft authenticator app claims it can't verify my school account, so it isn't able to send a verification code to me, so I can't log in to my school account. The only way to verify my account is by using Microsoft authenticator which as previously stated isn't working, so I keep going in a loop.

Please can you contact your school's IT department to ask them to reset your Microsoft Authentication method on your account. They should be able to sign into the Microsoft Entra ID admin portal, locate your user account and reset your authentication method.

Microsoft isn't able to do this, as you have an administrator who oversees your tenant.
