I have successfully completed my Microsoft certification, but it is not appearing on the official certification website/dashboard. Could you please help me resolve this issue and update my certification status?

If a Microsoft certification is not showing in the Certification Dashboard, use this checklist:

1. Confirm the credential requirements were fully completed. Some certifications require two or more exams, and the certificate appears only after the final required exam is passed.
2. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. Missing certifications are commonly caused by using a different login account than the one used when registering for the exam.
3. Try any other accounts that may have been used during exam registration, including a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.
4. Check the Certification Dashboard transcript and certificates area:
   • From the Certification Dashboard, select View Transcript to verify the exam/certification appears there.
   • Select View Certificates to see whether the certificate is available for download.
5. If the exam was passed very recently, allow 24–48 hours for results and certification to appear on the Learn profile.
6. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing credentials.

If the issue involves older certifications, some legacy exams and certifications may no longer appear in customer Learn profiles.
