Passed the SC-500 exam but unable to download my certificate

Hello,

I successfully passed the Implementing End-to-End Security Controls for Cloud and AI Workloads (SC-500) live exam. However, I cannot find or download my certificate.

I have already checked my Microsoft Learn profile and credentials, but the certificate is not available.

Could you please help me with:

Where I can download the certificate?

How long it usually takes for the certificate to appear after passing the exam?

Whether any additional verification or action is required?

Did you take the exam in beta, if so patience! The beta results were added to Pearson Vue Dashboard yesterday and will take a day or so to be added to your Learn profile

For SC-500, the certificate is accessed from the Certification Dashboard after the credential is awarded.

1. Go to Access your Certification Dashboard.
2. In the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
3. Use the download option on the certificate tile.
4. If the credential appears under Credentials but there is no direct download option, use View certification details and print or save it as PDF where available.

For timing:

• For most exams, results are available within minutes.
• It can take up to 24 hours for results to appear in the Learn profile Certifications tab.
• Community guidance in similar cases indicates it may take 24–48 hours for the certification to appear.

Checks to perform now:

1. Review the credential requirements for SC-500 and confirm the full credential has been earned.
2. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used. If multiple Microsoft accounts were ever used, sign in with each possible account used during exam registration.
3. If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate is not issued until the final required exam is passed.
4. If the exam was taken through Certiport, those credentials are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile.

If the certificate is still missing after that:

• Check the Transcript in the Certification Dashboard.
• Contact Microsoft Credentials Support for missing credentials or download issues.
