Microsoft Bookings custom fields are selected but not appearing on the booking form
Hello,
I created a Shared Booking Page in Microsoft Bookings and added two custom fields to a service:
- Company Name
- Job Title
Both fields are selected and marked as required under the service’s Customer information settings. However, they do not appear on the customer-facing booking form.
I have already tried the following:
- Saved the custom fields and the full service settings
- Opened the published booking page in an incognito/private window
- Tested the direct link for the service
- Created a completely new test service with a new custom field
- Waited and refreshed the page
- Tested using a different browser
The built-in fields, such as email, phone number, and notes, appear normally, but none of the custom fields appear.
Is this a known Microsoft Bookings issue, or is there another setting required for custom fields to display?
I have attached screenshots showing:
- The custom fields selected and marked as required
- The customer booking form where the fields are missing
Thank you.
