    Hello @Prem,

Thanks for sharing your valuable question.

Microsoft 365 stores customer data in Microsoft datacenters based on the tenant's assigned geographic region. The exact data location depends on the service (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, etc.) and the region selected when the tenant was created. Microsoft provides detailed documentation showing where customer data is stored for each Microsoft 365 workload.

Regarding High Availability (HA) and resiliency, Microsoft designs Microsoft 365 services with built-in redundancy. Rather than relying on a single datacenter, data is typically replicated across multiple systems and locations within the Microsoft cloud infrastructure to help maintain service availability during hardware failures or other incidents. According to Microsoft, cloud services are designed with redundancy built directly into the service architecture to maximize reliability and data resiliency.

For example, SharePoint Online and OneDrive use near real-time duplication of content and are designed as active/active systems to provide resiliency: SharePoint and OneDrive data resiliency in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Service Assurance
