    Hi Anna,

I'm sorry to hear about the unexpected charge and the difficulty you've had finding assistance.

If you don't see any matching purchase in your Microsoft order history and have never added that payment method to your Microsoft account, there are a few possibilities:

    • The charge may be linked to a different Microsoft account.
    • A subscription renewal may have been processed from an account you no longer actively use.
    • Someone else may have used your payment card for a Microsoft purchase.
    • The transaction description on your bank statement may not clearly identify the actual Microsoft service involved.

I recommend checking the exact transaction details on your bank statement, including the charge amount, date, and merchant description. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, review the order history and subscriptions for each one.

Since this is a public community forum, we don't have access to billing records or account information. If you're unable to identify the charge, please contact Microsoft Support directly with the transaction details. If you believe the charge is unauthorized, contact your bank or card issuer as soon as possible to report the transaction and discuss available dispute options.

I understand how frustrating this situation is, and I hope you're able to get it resolved quickly.
