This forum is dedicated to accessing an Outlook.com account using a web browser. That should work no matter what computer you use. If you are now using new Outlook, there should be a switch that allows you to revert to legacy Outlook, at least until October when support for legacy Outlook disappears. Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Note that these are user-to-user forums. Most of us don't work for Microsoft. We're users just like you trying to help each other. No one here can call you. Rest assured, though, that I am a live person.

Please describe your problem in complete detail. State what you're doing and exactly what happens when you do it. If you receive any error message, please include it here exactly as it appears on your screen. Be sure to mask any real addresses in the error, though, so you don't expose personal information in public.
