    Hello @Kuppusamy, Karthick (SEIL),

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm a few details?

    • What Visio license do you have (Visio Plan 1, Visio Plan 2, Visio in Microsoft 365, etc.)?
    • Are you using a work/school account or a personal Microsoft account (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo,...)?
    • Can you describe the steps you take to install Visio?
    • Do you receive any error messages when trying to install Visio, or is the install option missing entirely?

Only certain Visio licenses include the desktop application. If you have Visio Plan 2, you can install and use the desktop app. If you have Visio Plan 1 or Visio in Microsoft 365, access is limited to Visio for the web only.

    For your reference:

If you have the appropriate licenses assigned to your account but still cannot install Visio desktop app, please answer to the questions above so I can help you determine the root cause and find the most suitable solution for your issue.

Looking forward to your response so we can get this sorted out for you together.
