Request to Update Certification Profile Name (No Last Name)

Question

I need assistance updating my Microsoft certification profile.

I do not have a last name, but the registration process requires a Last Name/Surname. The system also does not allow me to enter a period (.) in the Last Name field.

As a temporary workaround, I registered my profile as Rithika S, but my legal name contains only Rithika. I would like my certification profile to be updated so that it matches my government-issued ID.

Could a moderator please advise me on the process to correct my certification profile name?

You can use an underscore(_).

(Enter your legal name EXACTLY as it appears on your Government Issued ID. You must take this ID to the certification exam and the proctor will check that they match. If you don't have a legal last name, please enter _ in the last name field.)
