Request to Recover Certification Account and Merge Certification

Dear Microsoft Certification Support,

I am contacting you from a different Microsoft account because I no longer have access to the Microsoft account that is associated with my certification.

I have my Microsoft Candidate ID, and I successfully passed the Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification. I also have my certification transcript as proof.

However, I do not remember the Microsoft account (login email) that is linked to this Candidate ID, so I am unable to sign in.

I would appreciate your assistance with the following:

1. Help me identify the Microsoft account (login email) associated with my Microsoft Candidate ID.
2. After I regain access, or if possible, assist me in merging my certification records into my current Microsoft account.

I can provide my Microsoft Candidate ID, certification transcript, and any additional information required to verify my identity.
