Discord not working on XBOX console

Accounts Linked already. However, each time I try to launch Discord on my XBOX console, it informs me my communications outside of XBOX is blocked. I attempt to change these settings and they do not save. have attempted multiple times - nothing. have followed all previous suggested steps. signing out/in. removing my profile from XBOX and trying again. re linking Discord-XBOX: all nothing.

I can edit the settings and successfully save them on my XBOX app on my phone and on the XBOX website, however these do not transfer to my console.

I have provided confirmation of age to microsoft (which I know can be a blocker here in the UK) - so can only see this as a glitch.

Any resolution would be great.
