I need help with few questions to narrow down what is happening to your Hotmail account.

Are you using Outlook on the web, the new Outlook app, Outlook classic, or your phone?

Can you send an email to yourself? Check if you will receive it or not.

1. When someone sends you an email, do they receive a bounce-back message, or does it appear to send normally? (you can ask someone who recently sent you an email if they receive such error/return email)
