Disable Copilot draft in outlook mobile

Question

Let me start by saying that I do not have any MS subscriptions. I do not have MS 365 or any other pay for mediocre services from MS. On the Outlook app for android now all emails I try to compose start with "Type a message or Draft with Copilot." Going to Privacy settings does not have any options to turn off CoPilot. Signing on to my "account" online ALSO does not have any options to turn off this message.

I am now looking at Proton Mail bc MS keeps intruding into my productivity by adding features tat I do not want clearly favor MS's needs and making it a nightmare to opt out of that.

CoPilot is
