It is possible to synchronize a Google Workspace Calendar with Microsoft Teams in supported business environments. However, Microsoft currently states that onboarding for new customers to this bidirectional calendar synchronization feature is paused. Personal Gmail accounts are not supported for calendar synchronization.
If your goal is simply to schedule Microsoft Teams meetings from Google Calendar, you can use the Teams Meeting add-on available through Google Workspace Marketplace. Please note that this is not a full calendar synchronization solution. Meetings created through the add-on will appear in Google Calendar, but they will not automatically synchronize with other Microsoft calendars.
