Subject: Follow-Up on Service Request --PII REMOVED-- – No Response Received / Incorrect Suspension Decision

Hello,

I am following up on Service Request --PII REMOVED--, as I have not yet received a response or update from Microsoft’s side.

The suspension decision on my account is factually incorrect. My Microsoft account remains active and authenticated across multiple Microsoft services, which clearly demonstrates that the account has not been permanently suspended.

Here is the evidence:

  • My Microsoft Authenticator app still generates valid sign‑in tokens for this account.
  • I am still signed in on my Windows PC under this account.
  • I am still signed in on the Xbox app.
  • I am still signed in on the Microsoft Store.
  • My Microsoft 365 subscription is still active and billing normally.
  • My Microsoft Rewards dashboard loads and shows my points.

A truly suspended or deleted Microsoft account cannot:

  • Maintain an active subscription
  • Authenticate through Microsoft Authenticator
  • Stay logged in on Xbox or Microsoft Store
  • Load Microsoft Rewards
  • Maintain valid identity tokens

This means the identity backend for my account is still intact. Only the email alias was compromised, not the entire account.

I am requesting:

  1. Immediate reopening of my case
  2. Escalation to the Tier‑3 Identity Recovery Team
  3. Restoration of my original alias or assignment of a new primary alias (--PII REMOVED--)
  4. Removal of the attacker’s alias and security information

Please do not close this case. The suspension decision remains factually incorrect based on the evidence above, and I urge a prompt review.

Thank you.

    Hi Rezwan Khan,

Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concern regarding the status of your service request and the suspension decision.

Unfortunately, this community forum does not have access to account-specific information, and we do not have the authority or permissions to intervene in ongoing support investigations, influence review outcomes, expedite processing, or escalate service requests on behalf of customers. Matters related to account suspensions and support case reviews can only be handled by the designated support team responsible for your case.

Since you already have an active service request, the best course of action is to allow the support team sufficient time to complete their review. While waiting can be frustrating, submitting additional requests or posting in community forums will generally not accelerate the investigation process.

Please continue to monitor your email inbox, including your Junk/Spam folders, for updates from the support team. If additional information is required, they will contact you directly through the communication channels associated with your case.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while the review is in progress.
