    It's not much of an increase, but it's all you can do in New Outlook without playing with your Windows Display Scaling.

    View -> Density

    Hi @Larry Herman

    If you are referring to the text size of emails in your inbox, you can use Ctrl + Mouse Wheel to adjust the zoom level. 

    Alternatively, you can go to: View > Zoom and adjust the zoom level as needed.
