I have someone who used a business credit card and purchased a microsoft 365 account. I don't have access to the account and need to cancel the subscription. The bank said to give you the cc acct last four digits (PIi Removed) the time of the last charge 9:26PM and day July 13. The charge for the subscription was $16.80.

How do I cancel this with only this information?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | Other | Other

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.

If you are no longer able to recover the account where the subscription is active, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to block all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the subscription on its renewal in the process.

You may also need to request a new payment method.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Darhyl
