my labs in the learnings for power bi are not popping up

I am taking a learning course at the moment but my labs are not appearing, how can I reconnect

For Power BI learning labs that are not appearing, use these steps:

1. Restart the lab session from the module’s lab unit and check the instruction pane on the right side after launch.
2. Avoid opening other browser windows while the lab is running.
3. Clear browser cache and cookies, then start the lab again from scratch.
4. If the lab still does not appear correctly, open the lab in an incognito/private browser window.
5. If the lab launches but shows only the completion page or misses the main content, restart the lab and verify the right-side instructions are loaded.
6. If the issue continues, capture a screenshot of what appears and report exactly where the lab stops loading.

For this Power BI training, the lab exercises are provided through the exercise unit, and the lab contains the detailed instructions needed to complete the tasks.
