how to fix template not showing chart or signature when working on document. Can see in print preview

I am unable to access charts visually but when I print preview chart can be seen. All templates of form not able to view when opening document. Also, esignature is the same.

    In Word, click File > Options > Advanced. Ensure that the option "Show drawings and text boxes on screen" is selected. Confirm with OK.
