Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
Unfortunately, existing Microsoft domains like @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @msn.com, and @live.com cannot be added as aliases. If both Account A and Account B end with a Microsoft domain, you cannot add Account B’s email address to Account A.
They are considered separate Microsoft accounts.
Here’s what you can do:
1. Move all of your OneDrive data from Account A to Account B.
- Go to https://onedrive.live.com/ and sign in with Account A.
- Download all of your files to your local drive.
- Then go to OneDrive online, sign in with Account B, and upload all of your files.
2. Cancel the subscription on Account A, if you have one:
https://account.microsoft.com/services
3. Subscribe to Office 365 on Account B.
Once all files and subscriptions have been transferred to Account B, you can delete Account A.
So, you can now use the Account B email address to sign in to Microsoft Services.
This is how it works if you would like to use the Account (B) email address to sign in and wanted to have all the data on that.
