__Hello Microsoft Support,
__ I am unable to redeem the $1,000 Azure credits available in my Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub account. My Founders Hub dashboard displays the “Unlock $1,000 in Azure credits” benefit. However, whenever I click Sign up, I receive the following message: “You’re not eligible for an Azure free account.” To troubleshoot, I have already: Created a completely new Microsoft account. Tried different valid payment cards (GTBank Mastercard and Access Bank Mastercard). Used the correct billing address associated with the cards. I would also like to clarify that I did not create or own the previous Azure account. I was only invited as a member of an existing Azure subscription owned by another person. I was not the subscription owner or administrator. Despite creating a new Microsoft account, I continue to receive the same eligibility message. Could you please review my account and verify why I am being marked as ineligible for the Azure Free Account? If this is an issue with my Founders Hub benefit or Azure account eligibility, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference. Thank you for your assistance.
