I selected the printer option of "Print to PDF" and when it asked me where to save it I chose "Desktop" however, after it appeared to "print" the file is nowhere to be found.

The file may be saving to another folder on the desktop. You may need to select "Desktop" each time you save a file.

    1

    Open File Explorer.

Go to C:\Users and then into your user folder.

Is there a Desktop folder directly inside your user folder, if so, check in there to see if the PDF file is stored there.

If not, open the OneDrive folder inside your user folder, is there another Desktop folder in there that you can check to see if the PDF file is in there.

If you are still unable to find the PDF, choose to print another document using the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' virtual printer, and save the document to another folder, but not the Desktop, Documents or Pictures folder, is the PDF file then created correctly.
