Hello @Merrick, Edward T. (NSSC-NSSC-LEIDOS)[AEGIS]
This behavior is typically caused by your organization's Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) policies. Many organizations restrict users from creating or using personal Azure subscriptions, including Azure Free Accounts, with their corporate credentials.
Unfortunately, you can't change the sign-in identity of an existing Azure subscription from a work account to a personal Microsoft account. The simplest approach is to:
- Sign in with your work account (if possible) and cancel the existing Azure Free Account.
- Create a new Azure Free Account using a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com or Hotmail.com).
If your work account is blocked and you can't access the Azure portal or Support, you'll likely need assistance from your organization's Microsoft Entra ID administrator or your IT department. They can determine whether the restriction is due to a Conditional Access policy or tenant restrictions.
If the issue is related to the Microsoft Learn training itself, you can also contact Microsoft Learn Support through: https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/
If you receive a specific error message when signing in, feel free to share it (with any sensitive information removed), as it may help identify whether the issue is caused by a tenant restriction, Conditional Access policy, or another configuration.
