I have been receiving this message for some time now when I try to access a specific Site on our SharePoint platform. I can access all other sites, but not this specific site.

I have checked permissions and there was no problem. I cleared the browser cache and I have tried different browsers. I also get this on all my devices, desktop, laptop and Surface Tablet. I appreciate any assistance.

I tried to "Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation, but receive the following message:

    Hi Mamoon,

Based on the troubleshooting you've already completed and the fact that the issue is isolated to a specific SharePoint site across multiple browsers and devices, this may require a deeper investigation by Microsoft Support.

I recommend that you use your Microsoft 365 administrator account to open a support request with Microsoft through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Create a Support Request

When creating the ticket, please include:

    • The affected SharePoint site URL
    • The Correlation ID
    • The date and time shown in the error message
    • A screenshot of the error page
    • Confirmation that browser cache has been cleared and that the issue occurs across multiple devices and browsers

These details will help the support team review the backend logs and identify the cause of the site-specific error. This route ensures that a Microsoft support engineer can initiate a remote session to investigate backend configurations, run advanced diagnostic tools, and, if necessary, escalate the case to specialized teams with access to internal systems and logs. These backend resources are essential for resolving issues that go beyond what’s visible in the user interface.

As community moderators, we’re here to guide you, but due to privacy and security limitations, we don’t have access to the backend tools required for a full resolution. For this reason, contacting Microsoft Support via the Admin Center is the most secure and efficient way forward.

I hope this helps you resolve the issue quickly. I’m glad to assist and truly hope the information provided has been useful. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you need further assistance.
